For the safety of our customers, equipment, and team, Grace House does nto accept:

• Excessive urine saturation

• Feces-contaminated items

• Blood-soaked items

• Flea or Bed Bug -infested items

• Mold-infested items

• Items requiring protective hear or biohazard handling

If you are unsure whether an item is exluded from service, please contact us before scheduling pickup.

Service requests submitted outside of regular business hours, on Sundays, or on observed holidays will be reviewed on the next business day.
